Set in the heart of the garden, this experience is designed to nourish resilience, cultivate self-awareness, and invite joy through intentional movement and breath. Enjoy herbal tea after class!

Bring your yoga mats, and favorite beverage. We will work out in the garden!

Participants will:

• Ground themselves with gentle yoga to reconnect to self & nature
